Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website or booking any services at Jinny's Eyelash & Beauty Studio ("Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or scheduling an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Jinny's Eyelash & Beauty Studio provides professional beauty services including eyelash extensions, skin care treatments, waxing, permanent makeup (PMU), and scalp micropigmentation (SMP). All services are performed by trained professionals using premium products.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or adjust services and pricing at any time. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be confirmed by contacting us directly.

2. Appointments & Booking

Appointments can be scheduled by calling or texting us at (201) 390-7987. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

Hours: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Appointments are required; walk-ins are subject to availability.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. We ask for:

  • 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of standard appointments.
  • 48-hour notice for PMU, SMP, and package appointments (3+ sessions).

Cancellations made with proper notice incur no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the fees outlined below.

Late Cancellation (less than required notice): Up to 50% of the scheduled service fee may be charged.

No-Show: Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.

4. Late Arrivals

We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients. The full service fee may still apply.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Prices are subject to change; we will communicate any changes in advance.

For package purchases (multi-session bundles), payment is due in full at the time of the first session. Packages are non-refundable once a session has been redeemed, but unused sessions may be transferred with prior notice.

6. Health Disclosures & Contraindications

Your safety is our priority. You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to receiving services. Certain conditions may contraindicate specific treatments.

  • Eyelash extensions: Please disclose any eye infections, lash mite history, or severe allergies.
  • PMU & SMP: Please disclose blood thinners, skin conditions, keloid scarring, pregnancy, or autoimmune disorders.
  • Skin care: Please disclose recent chemical peels, active breakouts, Accutane use, or laser treatments within 6 months.

We reserve the right to decline service if we believe it may pose a health risk to the client.

7. Patch Tests

For certain services (particularly PMU and some skin care treatments), we may recommend a patch test 24–48 hours prior to treatment. Clients who experience adverse reactions during a patch test may not proceed with the full service. Patch test fees may apply.

8. Results & Touch-Ups

Individual results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and other factors outside our control. We cannot guarantee identical results for all clients. Touch-ups are offered as a separate service and may be discounted when booked within the recommended timeframe following initial treatment.

9. Satisfaction & Corrections

If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to make reasonable corrections at no additional charge. Requests made after this period may be subject to standard service fees. Refunds are not offered for services already rendered.

10. Children & Guests

For the comfort of all clients and the safety of our studio, we ask that children not accompany clients during appointments unless they are receiving a service. Additional guests may be accommodated at our discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and design — is the property of Jinny's Eyelash & Beauty Studio and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jinny's Eyelash & Beauty Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
